1. CONCEPT BOARD
I learn about your sense of style through a phone consultation and review any wedding boards you may have on Pinterest. After doing so I come up with a design concept for your event and create a cohesive vision for you. This includes ceremony, cocktail hour and reception decor, rentals, lighting, floral, and unique event ideas.
3. ON SITE DESIGN
We will review the proposed concept board and layouts together at an on site meeting. At the venue, we will finalize the design and space planning documents and make any revisions necessary.
I will create a layout of the property and develop new ways to experience the space. If needed, I will visit the venue and take measurements to ensure that all layouts are drawn to scale. Multiple layouts are drawn and discussed to make the event aesthetically pleasing as well as functional.
4. RENTAL SELECTION
Once the design has been approved, I will work to source rentals cohesive to the design and at the best price. I will assist you in rental company referrals, selecting rentals, creating quotes, and adjusting orders throughout the planning process.
