Once we have your key vendors booked, we review a design consultation questionnaire together in order to get a better sense of your dream wedding design. After the consult and reviewing any Pinterest boards you may have, our team gets to work creating a concept board to hone in your aesthetic and vision. This includes overall vibe, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, floral, signage and unique design ideas.
We will create layouts of the property and develop new ways to experience the space. We visit the venue together and can take measurements if needed to ensure the layouts are drawn to scale. Multiple plans are drawn and discussed to make the event aesthetically pleasing as well as functional.
ON SITE DESIGN
We will review the proposed concept board and layouts together at an on site meeting. At the venue, we will finalize the design and space planning documents and make any revisions necessary.
Once the design has been approved, the Atlas team will work to source rentals, floral, signage and decor cohesive to the design and budget. We will manage all rental orders, floral and signage quotes, and assist in sourcing all other decor, making your vision a reality!
